Valuation Services
Three levels of valuations are available:
- A Broker Opinion Letter is available at no cost or obligation. We examine your business and compare the results to those of similar businesses that have sold.
- A Limited Scope Valuation is prepared by an independent third party and consists of an extensive report of 30 or more pages. This is suitable for most businesses with revenues of under $2 million.
- A Full Scope Valuation is prepared by an independent third party and consists of an extensive report of 50 or more pages. This is suitable for larger companies.
The valuations support a listing price and are valuable when financing is required. These valuations are perishable and should not be ordered until an owner is serious about selling the business.
